I had a mixed experience at this resort. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was impressive, but the service left much to be desired. While the swimming pool was well-maintained and enjoyable, the dining experience, especially breakfast, was quite disappointing. There's potential here, but they really need to work on their service quality and dining options.

Mr. Gopalakrishnan, the General Manager, was exceptionally kind and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. However, the breakfast left much to be desired, especially since extra charges applied for certain items. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but improvements in dining are needed.
